CANCELATTION
During peak-season, reservations are automatically cancelled after 6 hours of the expected arrival time, unless we receive a change of pick-up time and, it only applies in the same day of reservation.
If for any reason you do not rent with us and you cancel up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time, a fee of USD50.00 will be charged. If you need to cancel within the 48 hour period prior to the scheduled pick-up time or if you miss a prepaid reservation, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded. This fee will not be charged if your flight is cancelled and the airline and flight number are in the reservation prior to your scheduled pick-up and you reschedule the reservation with us. Or you can use 100% of your payment to make another reservation with us. To obtain the refund you should contact any of our offices or at 0800-7368226.
CDW
We offer a Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) that will indemnify the customer for any damage or loss that may occur to the vehicle as long as it is used in accordance with the lease, USD16 USD per day (0% deductible)
We also offer coverage for collision damage (CDW), which reduces the payment responsibility to a deductible according to the requested vehicle, in case of partial or total damages caused to the rented vehicle, which will be applied when the damages are greater than the stipulated deductible. by collision. In case of damage less than the deductible, the total value of the damage caused will be charged. 13 USD daily (10% deductible).
Supplemental Liability (Damage to third parties SLI) 8USD daily.
CLEANING
Vehicle must be returned in the same conditions as picked-up. The vehicles are free of smoke. Therefore it can only strictly prohibited to smoke in the units. Any cleanliness, deodorizing etc. will be subject to an extra charge.
CROSS BORDER
You can leave the country by paying insurance coverage

DEPOSIT RULES
