AFTER HOURS We charge $30 per off hour fee. We accept ONLY returns before 8:00am paying $30 per off hour fee. After 5pm, you can rent or return paying $30 per off hour fee.
AGE Minimum age for renting a vehicle is 21 years. However, there is an additional underage charge of $ 10.00/day and must take the cdw $15/day for drivers under the age of 23.

CANCELLATION "Cancellations are free if you have not prepaid. If you have prepaid with us, you have a $35 administrative fee for cancellation or not use our services"
CDW CDW (Colation Damage Waiver) is optional, If you can`t provide proof of coverage in aruba it will be madatory. It complements any other coverage offered by the company. It costs USD12/day. The Deductable is $1000 for cars, $1500 for jeeps, $3000 for exclusive cars and vans. It covers only car/car accidents on paved roads, the following is not covered one way accidents, driving under influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, hitting rocks or stones, off road driving, damages to third part exceeding $50000
CLEANING $150.00 charge extra for excessive cleaning If customer smokes inside the car the fee is $250.
CROSS BORDER Cars cannot be taken outside the island.
DEBIT CARDS No debit cards accepted.
DEPOSIT RULES We will authorize your credit card for the amount of $500. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Dinners Are accepted. You must pay for the rental when you pick up the car.

DUPLICATE RESERVATIONS In case that you have duplicate reservations, the system will cancel the cheapest one.
EARLY RETURN There is no refund on early returns

FUEL The customer is offered the option to prepay for the first tank of fuel or fill the tank before returning the car. If the client does not prepay for the first tank and do not fill the tank to return, will be charged the cost of fuel plus a fee for the service supply.
HOLIDAY Normal business hours. Monday to Sunday 8:00am -5:00pm.
HONOR RESERVATIONS Your reservation is guaranteed just for 2 hours after your specified pick up time in your reservation. If you have not picked up your car during that time or informed us of any delay the reservation is cancelled.
INSURANCE Liability insurance is offered. $3 per day.
KILOMETERS Unlimited
OTHER We can deliver cars at the hotels or condos around the island for free.
OVERSTAY Rental can be extented based on availability
PAYMENT All car rental bookings must be paid totally when picking up the vehicle. We accept VISA, MASTER, DINNER, DISCOVER, American Express. Cash payment is accepted but a major credit card must be presented to the agent. We do not accept Debit VISA or Debit Master cards.
PREPAID RESERVATIONS Prepaid reservations will be valid for the date reserved. In case of no show or cancellations we have a $35 fee of administrative fee. In order to get your refund you must email us to reserve@acorentacar.com

CANCELLATION
During peak-season, reservations are automatically cancelled after 6 hours of the expected arrival time, unless we receive a change of pick-up time and, it only applies in the same day of reservation.
If for any reason you do not rent with us and you cancel up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time, a fee of USD50.00 will be charged. If you need to cancel within the 48 hour period prior to the scheduled pick-up time or if you miss a prepaid reservation, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded. This fee will not be charged if your flight is cancelled and the airline and flight number are in the reservation prior to your scheduled pick-up and you reschedule the reservation with us. Or you can use 100% of your payment to make another reservation with us. To obtain the refund you should contact any of our offices or at 0800-7368226.
