Thank you! Additional drivers are allowed. An additional driver is a person authorized to drive the rental vehicle in addition to the main Driver. All additional drivers must qualify with respect to age and license. Additional driver fee for extra driver is USD5 per day.
AFTER HOURS
We do not accept transactions after hours of our regular business hours.
AGE
The minimum age for renting a vehicle in the Curacao is 25 years. However, there is an additional charge of USD15.00 per day for drivers under the age of 25, and Maximum age to rent with us is 70 years old.

CANCELLATION
During peak-season, reservations are automatically cancelled after 6 hours of the expected arrival time, unless we receive a change of pick-up time and, it only applies in the same day of reservation.
If for any reason you do not rent with us and you cancel up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time, a fee of USD50.00 will be charged. If you need to cancel within the 48 hour period prior to the scheduled pick-up time or if you miss a prepaid reservation, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded. This fee will not be charged if your flight is cancelled and the airline and flight number are in the reservation prior to your scheduled pick-up and you reschedule the reservation with us. Or you can use 100% of your payment to make another reservation with us. To obtain the refund you should contact any of our offices or at 0800-7368226.

We can deliver and pick up the vehicle in hotels and residences.
DEPOSIT RULES
Guarantee deposit needs to be made with a credit card or Cash.

EXCESS
THE DEDUCTIBLE WILL BE REQUIRED ONLY IN CASE OF ANY INCIDENT WITH THE RENTED VEHICLE.
IF THE CUSTOMER USED THEIR OWN INSURANCE (WE ONLY ACCEPT STATE FARM, PROGRESSIVE AND GEICO. WITHOUT EXCEPTION, THE CUSTOMER MUST HAVE AN INSURANCE IDENTIFICATION CARD FOR THE PURPOSE OF VERIFYING THE POLICY STATUS.) THE DEDUCTIBLE WILL DEPEND ON THE POLICIES. SURE.
IF THE CUSTOMER PURCHASED THE CDW ON THE COUNTER THE DEDUCTIBLE WILL BE BETWEEN 1500USD - 1800USD
HONOR RESERVATIONS
Your reservation is guaranteed just for 2 hours after your specified pick up time in your reservation. If you have not picked up your car during that time or informed us of any delay the reservation is cancelled.
INSURANCE
We offers a loss damage waiver (LDW) which would exempt the client for any damage or loss that may occur to the vehicle as long as it is used in accordance with the contract lease, with a USD 500 deductible.
KILOMETERS
Unlimited.

No smoking in vehicles a USD15.00 fine will be charged for cleaning.

Cancellations made 1 hours after booking will be charged 35.00.
