From the port of Miami
Turn right onto Biscayne Boulevard. After about 1.5 miles turn right onto NE 36th Street. Take the ramp to I-195 E and continue east to W 41st St / Arthur Godfrey Rd. CANCELLATION
During peak-season, reservations are automatically cancelled after 6 hours of the expected arrival time, unless we receive a change of pick-up time and, it only applies in the same day of reservation.
If for any reason you do not rent with us and you cancel up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time, a fee of USD50.00 will be charged. If you need to cancel within the 48 hour period prior to the scheduled pick-up time or if you miss a prepaid reservation, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded. This fee will not be charged if your flight is cancelled and the airline and flight number are in the reservation prior to your scheduled pick-up and you reschedule the reservation with us. Or you can use 100% of your payment to make another reservation with us. To obtain the refund you should contact any of our offices or at 0800-7368226.
CDW
We offer Collision Damage Coverage (CDW), which reduces the responsibility to pay a deductible depending on the requested vehicle, in case of partial or total damage caused to the rented vehicle, which applies when the damage is greater than the deductible. stipulated by collision. DEPOSIT RULES
THE COMPANY request a security deposit up to 2,500USD to rent the car.
Security deposit may be used to pay any amounts owed to rental agency under Rental Agreement terms and conditions at the end of the rental.
Security deposit is charged against the customers credit card at the moment of pick up and will be released once the rent ends. The timeframe will depend on your financial institution (it can take from 10 to 15 business days).
The Security Deposit must be made with a credit card. If the customer decides to use a Debit Card for the deposit they may incur on additional charges.

DRIVER LICENSE
The renter must provide valid drivers license in Latin alphabet, issued at least one year prior the rental. If renters drivers license is not in Latin alphabet, international drivers license is required.
For non-US residents: the passport or another government-issued ID as the secondary form of identification will be required.
DUPLICATE RESERVATIONS
In case of duplicate reservations, the cheapest will be canceled.
EARLY RETURN
There is no refund for early return. All amounts paid are non-refundable. No exceptions.

FUEL
The vehicle fuel policy its back-to-back if we provided with a full tank must be returned with the same amount to avoid additional charges. If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge from 9.99USD/gallon will be charge. Any unused fuel is not refundable.

HONOR RESERVATIONS
If the renter does not appear within 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time, THE COMPANY has the right to declare NO-SHOW event and not to provide a car in case the renter shows up later, unless the customer contact and notify before about the change, where the reservation is subject to the availability of our vehicles.
KILOMETERS
Miles and they are unlimited, except for Florida residents. Florida residents have 50 miles per day.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. If you smoke in one of our vehicles you will be charged for additional cleaning up to 250USD plus tax.

Unlimited Tolls in FL State from 10.99 per day Floridas Prepaid Toll Program. Many toll roads in Florida are converting to all-electronic, no cash tolling. Driving Floridas toll roads with a Transponder means no hassle no matter what toll road you drive. With the pre-payment of unlimited tolls, you pay a flat daily rate that includes the use of all tolls from the state of Florida without any extra charge later.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations made 1 hours after booking will be charged 35.00.
