ADDITIONAL DRIVERS An additional driver is a person authorized to drive the rental vehicle in addition to the main Driver. All additional drivers must qualify with respect to age and license. Additional driver fee for extra driver is $35 per additional driver per contract, unless it is already included in the rental plan. The names of all additional drivers must be added to the contract at the time the vehicle is picked up or at any time during the rental period at one of our offices of The main driver and two additional driver must be present. AGE The minimum age for renting a vehicle in the United States is 21 years. However, there is an additional charge of $ 25.00 per day for drivers under the age of 25 (A deposit of $ 250 will be required for drivers under 25 years)
CANCELLATION You can cancel a reservation in our website www.acorentacar.com or calling 1888-5260440 or 1888-2227790. If you need a refund for a prepaid reservation contact us before 48 hours of your pick up time, email reserve@acorentacar.com or call 1888-526040 from Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00 pm. The credits will be refunded within seven days back to the card used for prepayment.
CDW The LDW releases your financial responsibility due to a collision, theft, vandalism or any other cause – as long as you are within the terms of the Rental Agreement (our insurance have a deductible of $ 2,500 / reservations for more than 5 days require this MANDATORY insurance if you do not have proof of your full coverage insurance with one of the major companies in the US..
CROSS BORDER Our cars cannot be taken out of Florida State.
DEBIT CARDS We do not accept debit cards.
DEPOSIT RULES We only require $250 deposit if you are under 25 years old. EARLY RETURN We do not refund any amount if you return the car earlier than the date and time specified in your original rental agreement.
EQUIPMENT We offer child seats as an optional service for an average price of $ 7.00 p / day (plus applicable taxes). The child seats may be requested at the time the reservation request is submitted or directly at the counter when you pick up the vehicle.
FUEL The customer is offered the option to prepay for the first tank of fuel or fill the tank before returning the car. If the client does not prepay for the first tank and do not fill the tank to return, will be charged the cost of fuel plus a fee for the service supply.
GEOGRAPHIC We do not rent to Florida driver license holders.
INSURANCE Liability insurance of $12.99 per day is mandatory if you are a foreigner or if you cannot show proof of your liability insurance in the US.
LOCAL RENTERS We do not rent to anyone with a Florida driver license.
ONE-WAY One way is not allowed. Car must be retuned at the same location where it was picked up.
OPTIONAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS Personal insurance and personal blongings insurances can be purchased at the counter.
OTHER Please note that bookings duplicated will not be allowed and will be automatically canceled by Tu Florida Rental Car.
PAYMENT All car rental bookings must be paid totally when picking up the vehicle. We accept VISA, MASTER, DINNER, DISCOVER. We do not accept American Express. Cash payment is accepted but a major credit card must be presented to the agent. We do not accept Debit cards.
REFUNDS-EARLY RETURNS There will be no refunds for returning the vehicle before the return date
RESERVATION HOLD TIME we hold your reservation for an hour after your pick up time specified in your reservation. After that hour, your reservation will be cancelled.
TOLL ROADS AND FEES We have a mandatory extra charge of $10.99 per day per sunpass service
