CANCELLATION
During peak-season, reservations are automatically cancelled after 6 hours of the expected arrival time, unless we receive a change of pick-up time and, it only applies in the same day of reservation.
If for any reason you do not rent with us and you cancel up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time, a fee of USD50.00 will be charged. If you need to cancel within the 48 hour period prior to the scheduled pick-up time or if you miss a prepaid reservation, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded. This fee will not be charged if your flight is cancelled and the airline and flight number are in the reservation prior to your scheduled pick-up and you reschedule the reservation with us. Or you can use 100% of your payment to make another reservation with us. To obtain the refund you should contact any of our offices or at 0800-7368226.
CDW
We offer coverage for collision damages (CDW), which reduces the responsibility of payment to a deductible according to the vehicle requested, in case of partial or total damages, caused to the rented vehicle, which will be applied when the damages are greater than the deductible stipulated by collision In case of damage less than the deductible, the total value of the damage caused will be charged. 12USD daily for car, 15USD daily for Suv, and 25USD daily with 12 PAX with a deductible.

Al momento de recibir el vehculo y firmar el contrato de alquiler, deposite cualquier conducto de colisin o si compra nuestro seguro es un depsito de 500USD a 1500USD dependiendo del vehculo. El cual, al trmino del contrato ser liberado de la tarjeta de crdito presentada. El alquiler debe pagarse al momento de recoger el automvil.

DUPLICATE RESERVATIONS

SMOKING
The cars are smoke free. 180 USD is charged if smoking is detected.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations made 1 hours after booking will be charged 35.00.
All cancelled reservations or no show reservations will be charged $35. Read our policy before booking.
