CANCELATTION
During peak-season, reservations are automatically cancelled after 6 hours of the expected arrival time, unless we receive a change of pick-up time and, it only applies in the same day of reservation.
If for any reason you do not rent with us and you cancel up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time, a fee of USD50.00 will be charged. If you need to cancel within the 48 hour period prior to the scheduled pick-up time or if you miss a prepaid reservation, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded. This fee will not be charged if your flight is cancelled and the airline and flight number are in the reservation prior to your scheduled pick-up and you reschedule the reservation with us. Or you can use 100% of your payment to make another reservation with us. To obtain the refund you should contact any of our offices or at 0800-7368226.
CDW
We offer Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage, which reduces the responsibility of paying a deductible depending on the vehicle requested, in case of partial or total damage caused to the rented vehicle, which applies when the damage is greater than the stipulated collision deductible.
We offer a CDW for 18euros per day for vans and trucks, 12euros for cars.
CLEANING
Vehicle must be returned in the same conditions as picked-up. The vehicles are free of smoke. Therefore it can only strictly prohibited to smoke in the units. Any cleanliness, deodorizing etc. will be subject to an extra charge.
CROSS BORDER
Montenegro, Kosovo, Corfu, Macedonia are allowed. A fee of 50Euros is charged.

Euros (EUR) and Lek Albans (ALL).
DEBIT CARD
We only accept debit cards for payments at the counter. To rent you must present a valid credit card
DELIVERY COLLLECTION
We dont have any Delivery to hotels. The Customer needs to come to our airport office.
DEPOSIT RULES
An additional hold will be applied to the credit card you present. The location will have a minimum of 200USD as an estimated rental fee as a guarantee or retention, depending on the vehicle type and rental days.

DRIVER LICENSE
International driver is licenses are accepted. You must have a minimum of 3 experiences.
DUPLICATE RESERVATIONS
In case of having duplicate reservations, the most economical will be canceled.
EARLY RETURN
There is no refund for early returns. All amounts paid are non-refundable. Without exceptions.

HONOR RESERVATIONS
If the renter does not show up within 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time, THE COMPANY has the right to declare a NO-SHOW event and not provide a car in case the renter shows up later, unless the renter client communicate and notify before. about the change, where the reservation is subject to the availability of our vehicles.
KILOMETERS
Mileage is unlimited.
LOCAL RENTERS
We do not accept local customers.

PREPAID RESERVATIONS
