ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Age requirement 25 or more, 1 additional driver permitted at USD 19.99 per day. All additional drivers must have a valid driver license at the time of rental. Additional driver may be requested to provide a valid credit card under their name at the time of the rental. Additional deposit required for specialty or luxury vehicles.
AGE
Minimum Age: 21
Age 25 and over. Age 28 or more for Luxury vehicles. Age Requirement policies may change without notice. Graduated License restrictions fees may apply. Minimum Age Requirement: 21 yrs Maximum Age Allowed: 75 yrs. The driver`s license must be valid for the entire rental period. Credit Card: A valid credit card issued in the name of the primary driver, with a minimum of USD 1000 available, must be presented at the time of rental. Swift Rent A Car maintains the right to refuse rental, if the above requirement is not met. Young driver fee USD 19.99 per day if under 25 years of age at time of rental. A charge of USD 15.99 per day applies to renters with Probationary License.

Upon arrival at Toronto Airport:
Terminal 1: Take the link train located over the west pedestrian bridge in the parking garage level 5 to Viscount Station. Proceed down to the escalator and call.
Terminal 3: Take the link train located across the Sheraton Hotel pedestrian bridge at Level 3 to Viscount Station. Proceed down the escalator and call. Free Shuttle service provided between 08:00 and 19:00. Shuttle number (+1) 905-625-1314.

CANCELLATION
During peak-season, reservations are automatically cancelled after 6 hours of the expected arrival time, unless we receive a change of pick-up time and, it only applies in the same day of reservation.
If for any reason you do not rent with us and you cancel up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time, a fee of USD50.00 will be charged. If you need to cancel within the 48 hour period prior to the scheduled pick-up time or if you miss a prepaid reservation, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded. This fee will not be charged if your flight is cancelled and the airline and flight number are in the reservation prior to your scheduled pick-up and you reschedule the reservation with us. Or you can use 100% of your payment to make another reservation with us. To obtain the refund you should contact any of our offices or at 0800-7368226.
CDW
We offer a loss damage waiver (LDW) that will exempt the customer from any damage or loss that may occur to the vehicle as long as it is used in accordance with the lease, 19.99 USD daily (3000USD Deductible) - 29.99 USD daily (1500 Deductible)
We also offer coverage for collision damage (CDW), which reduces the responsibility to pay a deductible according to the requested vehicle, in case of partial or total damage caused to the rented vehicle, which will be applied when the damages are greater than the stipulated deductible. by collision. In case of damages less than the deductible, the total value of the damage caused will be charged. 15 USD daily.

CROSS BORDER
Vehicles can leave the state for a fee of 15.99USD per day.

FUEL
You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel (full). Otherwise, a charge will be made for the amount of fuel.

HONOR RESERVATIONS
The reservation is guaranteed up to 2 hours after the specified pick-up time. After that time your reservation will be automatically canceled.
KILOMETERS
Unlimited mileage only in Ontario province. If leaving Ontario: 100 miles / day. Extra mile 0.25 to 1 CAD (depending on car category). Also, Local customers have same mileage cap of 100km per day
LOCAL RENTERS
If we accept, 200km per day, 1400km in a week and 3000km for a month.
OVERSTAY
We extend the contract with the same original rate and by calling +1 888-625-1314.

Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted. All credit cards are accepted.
