ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
We accept additional driver with a daily charge of 10 USD, you must have a valid driver is license.
All insurance cover as part of the rental contractwill become void if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicledoes not possess the required driving licence at the time of the event giving rise to claim.
AGE
The minimum age to rent is 19 years old, the maximum age is 75 years old.

CANCELLATION
During peak-season, reservations are automatically cancelled after 6 hours of the expected arrival time, unless we receive a change of pick-up time and, it only applies in the same day of reservation.
If for any reason you do not rent with us and you cancel up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time, a fee of USD50.00 will be charged. If you need to cancel within the 48 hour period prior to the scheduled pick-up time or if you miss a prepaid reservation, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded. This fee will not be charged if your flight is cancelled and the airline and flight number are in the reservation prior to your scheduled pick-up and you reschedule the reservation with us. Or you can use 100% of your payment to make another reservation with us. To obtain the refund you should contact any of our offices or at 0800-7368226.
CASH
We accept payment in cash (CAD, USD), but a credit card is required.
CDW
For US/CA origin markets where insurance is not included in the rate, we offer CDW for all vehicles starting at 25 USD plus tax per day. CDW does not cover damage to windshields, rims, tires or undercarriage. Insurance cards will not satisfy the requirement unless a personal insurance declaration page is provided. The insurance deductible is USD1000 Some credit cards may provide you with the benefit of a collision damage waiver or you may purchase a collision damage waiver online with the booking company prior to pickup. If you use insurance purchased online, personal insurance or credit card insurance not provided by the rental agency, you will be responsible for the full value of the damage, which the rental company will hold as a deposit until the insurance company pays the rental agency.

DUPLICATE RESERVATIONS

EARLY RETURN

FUEL
You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel (full). Otherwise, a charge will be made for the amount of fuel. we will charge the customer for the fuel at current pump prices plus an admin fee of 50 USD plus tax
GUARANTEE
We do Hold minimun USD500 as a pre authorized and that will be returning.
HONOR RESERVATIONS
The reservation is guaranteed up to 2 hours after the specified pick-up time. After that time your reservation will be automatically canceled.
KILOMETERS
Mileage is unlimited within British Columbia (BC). If traveling out of state there will be a 21USD surcharge and a 0.5USD charge for each kilometer. If the client does not report it, he/she will be fined 150USD.

SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all our vehicles.
TAXES AND FEES
Tax and fees will be added to your base rate. All toll customers will be billed at the end of the rental period.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations made 1 hours after booking will be charged 35.00.
All cancelled reservations or no show reservations will be charged $35. Read our policy before booking.
